Karen Harrison
CODY, Wyo. - Karen L.M. Harrison, 49, died April 29, 2008, after a brief battle with cancer.
Karen was born in 1959 in Salt Lake City and graduated from Natrona County High School in 1977. She attended the University of Wyoming where she met her husband, Bruce Harrison, and graduated in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Karen spent two years in Russia performing mission work with her family. Upon her return to the U.S., she again worked for Wyoming Reproductive Health. She then spent several years in private practice before taking a teaching position at Northwest College.
Karen loved teaching and was dedicated to her students and patients. She enjoyed reading and also was a devoted wife and mother who always put the needs of others ahead of her own. Her love and faith in Christ sustained her, especially through the last few months.
She is survived by her husband Bruce, daughter Tigan, sons Sean and Ian, parents Dean and Betty Millman, and siblings Deb, Doug, Lisa and Paul.
