Check List/Deadlines

• I have submitted my application for admission/readmission.
    • Visit the Admissions site to apply online


• I have been accepted for admission/readmission as a degree seeking student. I must have a complete file in the Northwest College Enrollment Services Office.


• I have academic transcripts on file with the Northwest College Admissions Office for all colleges I have previously attended.


• Northwest College has a copy of my final high school transcript or GED.


• I have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submitted it to the Department of Education processor or at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

• For males 18 years and older: I have registered with the Selective Service.
    • Visit www.sss.gov to register online


• I have completed the Northwest College Financial Aid Student Information Form for Financial Aid.


• For borrowers: I (or my parents) have completed a separate Stafford Loan Application/ Promissory Note online.  If applicable, I (or my parents) have contacted the NWC Financial Aid Office for a PLUS application and begun that process.
• Be sure to have a payment plan set up, if your aid will not be available on payment fees day (first day of classes).  This can be set up with the payment plan service, Tuition Management Systems by calling 1-800-356-8329 or online at afford.com/northwestcollege.
