  • Application for admission
  • An official transcript from your high school and/or previous college, or scores from your GED exam
  • Advisement Information Sheet
  • Proof of immunizations (MMR)
  • Student Health Form
  • The results of your ACT or SAT exams (optional)
  • The New Student Orientation Reservation indicating the date you plan to attend.

Arrive early, stay on campus
If you are traveling from a distance and/or want to get a jump on COMPASS Tests, don't hesitate to arrive the Thursday evening before. We will...
  • Check you in beginning at 5 p.m.
  • Assign you (and your family) housing on campus
  • Provide a BBQ dinner
  • COMPASS Placement Testing at 7 p.m.

Testing on Thursday evening moves you to Track I for advising and registration on Friday.

Family members welcome
New Student Registration & Orientation is not just for students! The key to success for college students is strong family support. Join your family member at one of the New Student Registration & Family Orientation sessions.

While your student is involved in registration activities, you will attend separate programs designed to help you understand and assist them. If you arrive Thursday, we are happy to provide lodging in our residence halls ($6 per person or $12 per family).
